FINDING YOUR JOY

JOY

Here are just a few things I’ve been jotting down in my journal lately when I find the time to take a break from the daily grind of life…I don’t think you need to take a vacation, sometimes just a little “time out” works wonders.

Here is a list of some things that help me:

* Take a nap.
* Laugh really loud.
* Pray.
* Recall happy memories
* Read a book.
* Take a long drive.
* Drink a cup of hot tea.
* Bubble baths
* Go to dinner with friends.
* Make new friends
* Fall in love with yourself
* Google random things
* Listen to the birds sing
* Take a walk
* Sing out loud
* Count your blessings
* Be content
* Write a poem
* Forgive
* Forget
* Random acts of Kindness
* Expect the best
* Hug
* Fall in love
* listen to music
* giggle
* Daydream
* get a massage
* Smile at strangers
* Say please and Thank You
* Walk the dogs
* Hug your KIds!!!!

But Most importantly…..
** Trust in God**

A HAPPY HEART MAKES A FACE CHEERFUL. (Proverbs 15:13)
